Refund Policies

To receive a full refund, your item must be returned to our store front within seven (7) business days of your purchase (the date printed on your receipt). Item(s) must have originals tags still attached and be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, free of pet hair, deodorant, and/or makeup. Items that do not meet the above requirements will not receive a refund or store credit for their return. We have the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) show any sign of wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer.
